Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Technician Grade I Signal: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institute OR B.Sc in a combination of any of these sub-streams OR 3 Years Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering in above disciplines.
- Technician Grade III: Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in relevant trades (e.g. Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Wireman, Welder, Machinist, etc.) OR Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA) in relevant trades.
Age Limit (as of 01-07-2026):
- Technician Grade I Signal: 18 to 36 Years
- Technician Grade III: 18 to 33 Years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC (3 years) candidates as per rules.
