The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official recruitment notification for the Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (MTS) and Havaldar (in CBIC and CBN) Examination 2026. For the Havaldar post, candidates must qualify the following physical tests:

  • Walking: Male: 1600 meters in 15 minutes. Female: 1 km in 20 minutes.
  • Height: Male: 157.5 cms (relaxable by 5 cm for Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas). Female: 152 cms.
  • Weight (Female only): 48 kg (relaxable by 2 kg).
