Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• 10+2 (with 50%) + 2-Year JBT/D.El.Ed

• 10+2 (with 50%) + 4-Year B.El.Ed

• 10+2 (with 50%) + 2-Year Diploma in Special Education

• Graduation + 2-Year JBT/D.El.Ed

• Post Graduation with 55% + 3-Year Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed

• 10+2 with 45% (only if the course is recognized under NCTE Regulations 2002)

Note: All candidates must have passed the HP TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) conducted by HPBOSE or an equivalent recognized authority.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 45 years

• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and other reserved categories.
