Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end involvement in the recruitment process

Pre-screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews

Monitoring job portals and managing social media recruitment campaigns

Shortlisting and conducting personal interviews

Effectively communicating the Foundation’s vision and values to candidates

Preparing and managing candidate databases

Sharing detailed and clear job descriptions with prospective candidates
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification & Experience:

Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (HR)
-
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

Proficiency in Hindi and English

Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools
Desired Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team collaboration capabilities

Willingness to travel when required

Solid database management and organizational skills
Salary Range:
As per AmbitionBox, HR professionals at Azim Premji Foundation earn between ₹3 LPA to ₹18 LPA, depending on experience and skill set.
