In addition to the basic pay, officers are eligible for Dearness Allowance (D.A), House Rent Allowance (H.R.A)/ Lease rental, City Compensatory Allowance (C.C.A), Medical, and other allowances and perquisites as per bank rules. The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) at the initial scale for the Mumbai Centre is around Rs. 20.43 Lakhs per annum.

A service bond of Rs. 2 lakh is required, committing candidates to serve SBI for a minimum of 3 years from the date of joining.
